TANGY GREEN CHUTNEY
Mint leaves 15gms
Coriander leaves 100gms
Garlic peeled 4cloves
Tomato (deseeded) 50gms
Onion (chopped) 20gms
Black salt ¼ tspn
Green chillies 3nos
Salt to taste
Lime juice 15ml
Dry mango powder ½ tspn
Broiled cumin powder ¼ tspn
PREPARATION:
On a grinding stone or in a grinder, grind together all ingredients to a
smooth paste. Use as an accompaniment with savoring snacks, kebabs etc.
