COCKTAIL SNACKS!!

CHEEZY ROLLS

Cottage cheese 100gms
Processed cheese 20gms
Chopped ginger 5gms
Chopped celery 5gms
Chopped carrots 10gms
Chopped capsicum 10gms
Salt to taste
Egg white 1nos
Dry fenu greek leaves a pinch
Crushed peppercorns 2nos
Chopped coriander 5gms

TO COAT-

Egg 1nos
Flour 15gms
Bread crumbs 50gms
Oil to fry

PREPARATION:

Mash cottage cheese along with cheese. Add in finely chopped / minced vegetables, salt, egg white, dry fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and peppercorns. Mix thoroughly. Divide into individual portion about 5 to 10 gms each. Shape into neat rolls. Dip in light batter of egg and flour. Apply bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve with potato chips and ketchup.
