Milk (full
cream) 500ml
Sugar 20gms
Cardamom
powder 2gm
Rose petal
1nos
PREPARATION:
In a
fritture / kadahi, put milk. Bring to boil and reduce until 1/3 rd liquid
remains. Remove from fire; add in sugar and cardamom powder. Now add in kewda.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
Garnish with
a rose petal and serve at the end of the meal.
