TODAY'S POST!!



















HOME MADE POTATO CHIPS
Potatoes (medium size) 150gms
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Wash, peel and rewash potatoes. Slice into very thin roundels (paper thick). Blanch in salted water for 20 seconds. Drain, dry on a mat. Deep fry in hot oil until golden-brown and crisp. Place on an absorbent paper. Serve as accompaniment with burgers / sandwiches or with drinks.
