SOUP - 7



THIN YOGURT SOUP
Oil                                  10ml
Gram flour                    1tspn
Onion                            ¼nos (sliced)
Garlic (crushed)            3cloves
Ginger (crushed)           ¼ inch
Cumin                           ¼tspn
Fennel                           ¼tspn
Coriander seeds             ½tspn
Red chili whole             1nos
Cardamom (green)       1nos
Bay leaf                       ½nos
Stock                          150ml
Whisked yogurt           150ml
Salt                             to taste
Coriander leaves          1tspn

PREPARATION:

Heat oil. Crackle spices. Add in corn flour, stir for few seconds. Stir in stock. Bring to boil & simmer for 10 minutes. Off the fire, add in slowly yogurt. Bring to boil again, simmer for another five minutes. Strain the soup. Add salt.

GARNISH:

With chopped coriander leaves.
