PENNE SALAD!


PENNE SALAD
Base: crisp lettuce
Body: 50gms boiled Penne pasta + 20gms juliennes of red bell pepper + 5gms juliennes of yellow bell pepper
Dressing: 10gms pesto + 5ml vinegar + salt + pepper
Garnish: sliced stuffed olives
