MACRONI AND TOMATO SALAD
Base: shredded cabbage
Body: 40gms boiled macaroni + 15gms of diced capsicum, onion and tomato concasse (raw)
Dressing: 5gms mayonnaise + 5ml vinaigrette
Garnish: crushed peppercorns
