STARTER AND SALAD NOS...46

HEALTHY ONE!!!
RED BEAN AND SPROUTED BEAN SALAD
Base: crisp lettuce
Body: 25gms bean sprout + 30gms cooked red kidney beans
Dressing: 15 ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + 5drops of tobassco + 3 crushed peppercorns + salt
Garnish: tomato segment, cucumber slices, lemon wedge and parsley sprig
