STARTER AND SALAD NOS....35

A MUST TRY FOR NON - VEGETARIANS!!

SPICY BELL PEPPER AND CHICKEN SALAD
BASE: blanched spinach leaves
Body: 30gms roasted chicken breast diced + 30gms of diced yellow, red and green capsicum
Dressing: 15ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + salt + 4pc crushed peppercorns + 1garlic clove (crushed)
Garnish: coriander sprig
