shredded cabbage / crisp lettuce
Body: 60gms
of collective dices (.75cm) of boiled French beans, carrots, peas, turnips,
potatoes.
Dressing:
20ml mayonnaise
Garnish:
chopped parsley, tomato wedge and boiled egg quarter.
THIS SALAD IS ALSO KNOWN AS MECEDOINE MAYYONAISE.
