BELL PEPPER SALAD
Base: toasted garlic bread
Body: juliennes of 20gms green capsicum + 20gms yellow capsicum + 20gms red capsicum
Dressing: 15ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + salt + pepper + French mustard powder
Garnish: tomato wedge
