boiled broccoli and boiled rice
Dressing:
10ml olive oil + 1 garlic chopped + 2 crushed peppercorns + salt to taste + a
pinch French mustard powder + 5ml vinegar + a pinch dried mixed herbs
Garnish:
juliennes of tomatoes
